Wow, that sucks....been there though. Just cause a package says 'fragile' doesn't mean they take care of it as thus. Heck, I feel like they smash it more LOL.

Well it says Live Plant, but maybe they need to see a bunch of Fragile stamps, too, before the common sense factor kicks in? Or maybe they think it is a seedling from the 'Ironwood' tree?
