I took this in my backyard in June 2009 with my potted pygmy palm giving it a little tropical addition to the picture. Apparently a volcano in japan caused beautiful sunsets along the east coast of the USA for a few days as well as some cooler weather.

If you can, try to get a lighter soil (like Miracle-Gro or similar) because the heavy soil they are in in your pics will hold too much water and could cause rot while inside for the winter. Miracle-Gro drains better and would be better in the long haul.
