That looks very much like tall Orinoco. Dwarf Orinoco would have a much more thicker base/stem as that height with more robust leaf petioles/leaves with less height difference between each leaf.

Hi,
I took this pic at the Delft University Botanical garden. It's a 20 min drive from my house.
Musa Paradisiaca Var. Rubra is it's name. They don't sell these in the Netherlands. This is a 8m / 26 ft tall plant :D. Tropical species I guess....;) it's in a heated greenhouse
