Jack Daw is correct, it is usually a heavy or unusual rain event, some cultivars are prone to it. Let them ripen a little or make tostones.

Don't know about bananas, but typical fruit usually splits, when the tree is being overwatered. So it might also be the case of your bananas. Looking very good though.
