I have read this before. Based on their information the cost of the feedstock alone is between $2.10 and $4.20 per US gallon after subsidies. The 'savings' would be in the range of $2,000 to -$1,500 per year based on operating 2 vehicles.
With the price of sugar close to $1.00 per lb in Canada, a person would have to drink a gallon per week to make it financially feasible. ![]() ![]() Allen

Make sure you get a federal perment for distillation for fuel, and you have to posion it. You can do the same thing with much cheaper equipment.
