I will assume that the horse manure is fresh.
I am not sure if I can get a fresh horse manure but will a composted steer manure sold in bags at Home depot will do?

I've read that tea can be mase even with active forest soil . As long as the material contains the good bugs and you provide them with the goods to create a population explosion the brew should work . Later I'll post some links of sites that I've read . They all have different recipes as well as techniques .
It's all very confusing . This is why I just threw some aged (mostly) horse manure in my trough and some water ,aerated it untill it smelled sweet , then poured it on my plants as a foiliar feed and around the roots to supercharge the soil and kill unwanted pathogens .

72, If you refuse to plant your bananas in the front yard because is would cause more rear end car accidents.
We have had rear end accidents in front of the house as the driver slows to see the yard. |

Wait till those Talipot palms get really big, Jordon!
You may as well buy a tow truck and keep it there on the property and make the most of it! I love your yard... |

74 . you've already asked Santa to bring you a "dSLR Canon, EOS Digital Rebel (aka EOS 300D in Europe), with an EF 28-105mm lens" so you can post cool macro pics like Ngiann .

75. You build planter boxes with casters underneath and it would take an army to move them in and out doors with the seasons.

Your first born child, I mean pup that is ready to separate its umbilical cord You think of many ways how not to hurt it when you cut it from the mother plant and think what kind of soil it will need of course the best soil you can think of and once it is separated and see that it is OK you felt so relieved one of the most wonderful feelings you feel. Haaaay!

Your driving with your wife and all you comment on is what you heard on the forum today, and point out various plants in peoples yards or at the entrance to a store
