Were to go to grow bananas all day ????
 
Hey all im dreaming again. Anyone do that ????? I do, someday I would like to sale my house thats paid for in full , my truck and my restored 1964 Caddy, get out of California and move to a tropical place. Somewere that I can grow bananas all the time and whatever would grow good. Some were to get out of the rat race . Anyone ever think about that and done it ? If so give me some sugestions. I been thinking of Costa Rico !:woohoonaner:

Yeah, totally thought about moving into a forest somewhere away from mainstream life....think it'd be a lot more enjoyable existence in a lot of ways. Though I think it'd be very difficult to find food depending on where you are. I should do it for a weekend for the hell of it sometime, anyway!

A few years ago I had a business opportunity that almost had me moving permanently to the Dominican Republic! Was looking at real estate and everything. For what I paid for a house here I could afford huge mansion with marble everything down there and who knows how many acres!

I spent 3 months on this deal and I flew down to sign contracts and the person I had negotiated everything with took on a new business partner a few weeks prior and he said no to everything and sent me back to the US with nothing. He owned a lot of clubs in Santo Domingo and he was the big shot down there and he knew that once I moved there and the people that were partnering up with me we would end up being the big shots down there...

We've had a couple members move to the tropics! Go for it, just make sure you internet access so you can share pictures and stories with us!
