Today we had the privilege of meeting Mark Hall and showing him some local plants in spite of the rain and mud. I really need to keep him close at hand as he is a mine of information regarding species, cultivars and varieties which as you all know I am in total ignorance of. Thanks for sparing the time Mark, and I am going back for that grey shrub with the black stems once I make a space in the shade!!
