we give them to my 7 and 9 year old from the tooth fairy, they think they are cool, i bet you could not believe it, you should have showed him a 500 or 1000 dollar bill he would have s!@t himself.

My dad is 83 and was even question when he gave an old-style $20 bill at a fast food joint. I'm afraid the only thing they'll recognize pretty soon is an ATM card.

lol thats is great im 21 and ive used them :P never had a problem though....maybe cause here money is money and thats that....generation now a days its sad that their parents dont show them things like this :/

so are the two dollar bills legal?? I'm an aussie and did some back packing in europe and the americans there swore black and blue the $2 note was illegal

yes they are legal tender. and its fun cause you can buy something with a 2 dollar bill and still get back change. lol.

You sure can......here in the USA, but not so much elswhere.

Times are changing.

But hey, we can still travel to Panama and a few other places relatively cheaply
