Time is off.
The time on my computer is correct. Microsoft corrects it every time we switch between standard and daylight time. I check this with my watch, which I verify by the radio, every day. However, I find some posts that say the timke posted is up to 4 minutes ahead of the actual time. Example; I see the time, which I know is correct, as 2:00 PM. Yet I can see a posting that said it was posted at 2:04 PM.

It's server time, which may not actually be the exact time.

It's gotten worse. It's now up to 10 or 11 (or maybe even more) minutes.
