And the knife! I have some of them curing right now on top of the fridge, and by some strange coincidence my mother brought us a non stick pan that's made for open flame cooking with holes in it, juts like a real Chestnut roasting pan!

You're welcome, Mitchel! Sorry I missed the post. Things are crazy for me this time of year and I feel like I'm half awake most of the time.
I figured I better send the special knife because it makes it much easier and it's safer than a knife with a straight blade. I cut my hand pretty badly once and dripped blood all over the place when doing a demo for some friends at their office. Greatly diminished their appetite! LOL btw, the Hawaiian Apple is still in my cozy greenhouse and I'm hoping for great things with it next year! ![]() Harvey |
