Thanks Bob!

Like I said in the PM's, nothing is set in stone. I am yet to buy the tickets, but I will by this weekend. I am spending half+ of the week in Naples, then going to my Cousin's place in Tampa. They know I love tropicals, so hopefully they well comply with my request to visit. Hopefully, they won't be busy or anything whenever the "Banana Party" is scheduled.

Will there be food? (No pressure...but I'm just saying, food is good!)

Might as well bring is up in discussion here...but is it illegal to bring corms back on the checked bags of flights? I won't put them in my Carry-on but I could possibly pack a duffel bag inside a solid suitcase for clothes, leaving the solid suitcase empty for my souvenirs and plants!!!

Let me know when and where you guys will be meeting up, and if I am able to get back in town then, I'd like to meet up with you! I've got plenty of pups to share! Taylor, you could ship corms to yourself from Fl.

I don't know if its illegal or not but just 2 days ago I brought one back from Fla to Tn on a Southwest flight. I checked it in and TSA did search the suitcase and nothing was ever said. I used a piece of inch and a half PVC pipe to protect the pseudostem. Unless the Dept. of agiculture comes knocking then I guess I made it. FYI it was a wild growing banana so for now its another mystery banana.
