But if the warm water is turned off the larvae won't be there to kill in the first place.

I wonder why they can't just let it go back naturally .Now that they shut the power plant and closed down some of the salt ponds.Just let it do it's thing

They will need a committee to decide how to poke a hole in a dike! Then lots of meetings about where to put the dirt from the hole.. Also who is qualified to actually drill a hole like that.. Where to put it .. Angle is also important .. Oh and half way through More committee members will be needed at higher salary , That’s when the news will tell you all the committee members have a connection with the power company. And can all be seen in North Carolina skiing with the guy who drills holes..

Yep he is right. Similar thing happened here with Playa Vista only much worse. It was all about building tons of new housing. It's so gross now.
