Landscaping Pics
I love landscaped yards and do a little here and there. I am self taught and far from being a pro. With that said i like to share some pics of a small yard project (my girlfriends moms house) i been working on in the summer in my spare time.
summary..i put in a 16ft privacy fence with planter box,a small waterfall, electric for it, a 13ft w by 18ft L patio walls to level the hill(for planting) walkways, a brick planter under the porch, and stoned up 3 pillars and made table tops for them, put in steps, landing and wall... Plants and such are..purple leaf sand tree, pencil sky holly's,MB bananas, windmill palms, lots of fairy rose shrubs and red leaf cannas and other..I also make/buy molds for concrete statues....Anyway if you any pics of this nature to share, please do.

Re: Landscaping Pics
Here is a mold i'm currently working on for a concrete yard ornament. I found the head on ebay and had to sculpt the body and hands with clay. The portal is from a clock. If nothing else it should make a good conversation piece, in a front yard facing the street. lol

Re: Landscaping Pics
I think it looks great! The basjoo and the cannas are perfectly spaced from each other to give a nice tropical look that isn't too crowded and all the landscape work is definitely looking good!
Thanks for sharing.

Re: Landscaping Pics
DUDE! I lovin the raised rock garden, You took advantage of the incline and made it attractive using just enough plants to keep it open and green…The dark stepping stones work great, giving a livable look. The fountain area has expert all over it , You planted the plants in just the rite area and allow them room to mature.. Great eye… Its good .. Real good.. I work on a lot of homes here and I can say that looks like some of the work I see in Boca.. Yes, that’s where people have more money then we do and spend it on stuff similar to your work… Very nice .. Or like I might say on a Friday after noon “Off The Hook”

Re: Landscaping Pics
I think you all for your kind words ....Trebor, The alien is an off the wall kind of thing. I wanted to do something original and stands out from your everyday garden/yard items. I have like four diff. lions.so far. The reason i got started was cause i couldn't find what i was looking for around here. I have a lot of things on my list, inc. the norm, like Angels and the not so norm like a concrete dragon end table. I bought the table, i have to make a mold for it complete with a concrete top instead of glass.
