I just came across this thread. Now granted I’m not real into astronomy but it’s seems petty interesting! Anyway, I just wanted to say that I went outside a couple of nights ago to try and look at the stars. I didn’t have binoculars or a telescope but just to see what I could see. I only got to see like 2 maybe 3 stars! I can’t figure out how some of you have been able to see tons of stars in the night sky. Is is just because I live in city and not in a rural or wooded area? I had to laugh! I knew I had to tell Cincinnana this! Figuring it is kind of funny, isn’t it!? I mean getting to see 2 or 3 stars....

Isn’t that just so exciting!

Very funny and clever too! I had to laugh when I read a big red candy bar! I realized after reading that the blue moon was going to be on Halloween. What else do you think of when you think of Halloween? Trick or treaters and most importantly of all....candy!

Lots of cool stuff up above in December when the winter nights are clear..

Just think....winter starts the 21st of December.

On the other hand....after the 21st of December the days get longer towards the days of spring.

Can't wait. Still haven't built that chicken s@%# "greenhouse". I brought a few more pots in the breakfast area. We finished a bottle of wine first, then I brought a few more in. She said "any of those plants are welcome in my house".

Timing is everything. Dang did 3 nights of low 30s take it's toll....
