I think I'm still over 90 days away from putting cold hardy nanas outside.
On the bright side, winter has had mostly mild temperatures with just more rain than normal. Hopefully my figs and basjoo have an easy winter! Erik Quote:

Should be easy to see this somewhat rare event. |

Days are getting shorter now.
You window to grow things is slooooowly closing. 122 days left till frost dates roll around. You better divide and repot your plants so they have time to settle in before winter .https://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/june-solstice.html Last edited by cincinnana : 06-22-2019 at 07:27 AM. |

Harvest moon rising.
This one is on Friday the 13th. Full moon and Friday the 13th all in one. Last one happened about 20 years ago while the next one will be in about 29 years. Lock your doors. |

Almost no moon.
The sky is DARK in MOST of OUR AREA.. Now is the time to go outside and chill a bit.... and look up. There is a lot to see. Last edited by cincinnana : 09-28-2019 at 06:58 AM. |
