Found jalapenos for 39 cents/pound

Lots of greens but I bought 1.64 pounds of red only! So what to do with them? Yes, I can make a knock off Sirachi (which I can buy here) or smoke them for chipoltes if nobody suggests something else. They're really ripe...ideas?

Awesome and refreshing.......keeps the mosquitos off when fishing too.

You could always do something crazy like ferment them. Something like at the following link. Fermented Hot Chili Sauce Recipe — Nourished Kitchen

I am planning on fermenting them. I've been doing some reading but thanks for the new to me links!
