We have laughed, and talked about a **** load of Banana stuff as well as life, the universe, and every thing! its going to be hard living out here in Vegas with out you. I hope china is every thing you want and more.

China has an intricate filtered access to internet sites. I have over 100 visitors per day to my internet sites from many locations in China. I correspond via email with people from businesses and universities in China on a regular basis, buy products from there, and have a few customers there as well.

It's good to be reminded that there are places in the world where the internet isn't as easily accessible. I take it for granted and am in awe of people like you Scot that reach out and take the road less traveled.

Keep your wits about you, love in your heart and laughter close to the surface!

Be safe!

Pauly, thanks for helping out Scot so much in the past week. I know he appreciates it and can understand how it's going to be tough for you. Like Richard, I've communicated with Chinese visitors to my site (China produces huge quantities of chestnuts and would like to sell me a boat load! lol) and I think Scot will find a way. I know of Chinese visitors to other forums as well.

It's time for you to help culture some other banana fiends there in Las Vegas!

I'm sort of scared for Scot but excited at the same time and sure hope it all works out the way he hopes.

Im gonna miss Scot,

He taught me thread derailin' and I just derailed my first thread by myself on The "Dwarf Namwa" post. He also is so great with his knowledge and humor. I hope he is able to get back online as soon as possible.

Have a safe journey Scot.

I accidentally left one of my many garden houses one for a couple of weeks back in April or May. My figs got watered very well. I'm on well water and he water table is high so I figured it only cost me about $1. I'd hate to think what your city water folks would have thought....and what my bill would have been!!!

The last thing I had heard was from the person who was to run the tissue culture forum, Dr. Carol Stiff. She notified the people who had signed up would get refunds, which I got, but she also said tht a bunch of samples had been shipped to Cironex (Scott), and that we (those who had signed up) should get them. I never got anything from Chironex (Scott). I think he was a scammer.
