Balsa seed

Sara - I can't message you - but I have no balsa seed left this year as it needs to be sown fresh. Contact me next year when I post that it is available and I will send some.

Scot - your timing is perfect as the tree is shedding seed at the moment. My problem is with the Department of Agriculture in the USA (or whatever it is called) as they ban the importation of seeds and destroy them. The mail service here won't even accept packages of them for the USA. If you can find a way around the problem, I am happy to send them free of charge.

Sure just label the seeds as a bracelet, throw in a piece of string with the seeds. Oops, some assembly required.

yeah they had a problem when mine that got sent through last year. i got the envelope which was torn in half and an appology from the post office saying that due to misfortunes in the post office my mail was destroyed. there were no balsa seeds anywhere. but i figured oh well. thanks anyway cassie.....you tried. lol.

Maybe one of the guys with an import permit could accept them and forward them on to me and any others that you want to send them to, Cassie. Just a thought.

Sam, Scot - the seed is very small so if I can get a good amount I might try to get it to you again - watch this space!!!
