Thanks Richard I definitely needed that ! Now I'm back out to shovel AGAIN! It's been one of those years where we're getting a nuisance snow every 3 (#$@%ing ) days and I'm responsible for clean up.

Thanks Richard, those were funny, needed a warm chuckle today as it's -18 F* here today and heading down to -23 F* tonight, :coldbanana: this has been one strange winter. :bananas_b

Strange winter alright Bill. To quote you from a few months ago after being jealous of those in the tropics "at least we can keep our beer cold out in the garage!" Somethings got to lift the spirits these days, it hasn't been the weather.

2 more months to spring...count down is getting closer every day. :goteam:

Re: The adventures of Frosty and friends

I'd be happier if this winter was a little more "average", especially in the sense of averaging your low temps with my 85F days the last two weeks.

Re: The adventures of Frosty and friends

I'ld be allright with an average winter too as this year so far we're 23 inches ahead on this date for snow and the below avg. temps have been here since Thanksgiving, Keeping the Beer in the garage with these temps means Beer slurpies in 15 min. and Beer cubes in an hour. :coldbanana: Suppose to get more moderate temps next week though, Hopefully only 2 months till more spring like temps, :bananas_b

Ha! That's very wishful thinking as you know. It'll be cold there until April or May. I know because I lived about 2 miles south of you off of Pepper Drive. Loving Las Vegas except when it's like 4 million degrees in the summer.

Aw come on Scot, I'm talking 2 months till the 8 foot pile of snow at the end of my driveway disappears :woohoonaner: and I can put away the longjohns, thus "spring LIKE" temps! HaHa. I envy the Vegas winters but not the summers, 120 F* is alittle high for me, and the dry heat as apossed to humid heat we get here, well when I make homemade beef jerky it's in the oven for twelve hours at 120, and thats a dry heat! and I can see what it does to the beef! :) But definatly looking forward to spring so I get back out in the yard and something constructive! :bananas_b
