I have some Zoysia El Torro, but the St. Augustine is taking over. Make sure you keep the St. Augustine away from it.

I have zoysia in my lawn that had spread from a neighbor. I hate it as it browns and stays brown all fall and winter. However, it does make a beautiful, thick carpet of grass when it finally greens up. Your call.
