Default Who grows Artabotrys

I can't find much growing info on this tree / vine that I traded for a raji Puri pup.

Other than it likes moist soil full to partial sun and above 32f.

Grown for its fragrance, the flowers smell great.

Artabotrys hexapetalus - Hari Champa

If any body grows it and can give me a few tips I would appreciate it
