Looks like Tubidanthus Calyptratus.............They are far more common on the west coast, we grow Brassia Actinifolia-there are so many that they have escaped and grow in the wild here, (Shefflera AKA Australian Umbrella trees), here in Florida and they look similar. I have a white variegated one and a yellow variegated one here, but they were VERY expensive and Tubidanthus are very uncommon here, Ive never seen even normal green ones anywhere in any landscapes in Florida. I have a plant friend in San Diego and he calls them "Stupidanthus" as he doesnt like them and says they are everywhere! LOL

Its just soooo annoying when they (whoever 'they' are) change the names around like that! Looked it up online and some info states that these names are synonymous and other sources says it has now changed from Tub. to Sheff................................Whatever...........at least you know what it is now! (Until someone decides to change the name again!) LOL
