What is his name?

I have a plumeria in the middle. and a piece of that plant around it must have fallen in and rooted. I never planted it. I've just been letting it grow and it flowers around April every year. Main reason I kept it. In Late Feb I took it from the house to greenhouse and since then the leaves have a nice red/purple to them. Please help me ID him?
