Daffodils will be up in about 40-60 days.
Basjoos will follow in about 70 90 days.

Actual days to get an outdoor banana to flower and produce edible fruit
The days are getting longer by the minute.

First frost in about 270 days.

They would work .. I do not know how many chill hours are required though.

Snowdrops are first up in spring( Jan -Feb) and endure single digit temps, frost and snow.
They naturalize and clump well and the whitetail deer do not eat them.
They might be sold at big box stores in your area.

Might cost a can of spray paint, some nuts and bolts and some rust.

thanks for answering that. it's funny how the lack of a question mark can change the whole meaning of a sentence.

figured they might not grow here seeing as there is snow on the ground. might try any way they are pretty. thanks
