Default Traveller's Palm (Madagascar Banana Species) - Germination?

Ravenala madagascariensis - Travellers Palm

Anyone has experience in germinating the seeds of this plan? especially in cold hardy climate?

I'm planning to grow this plant as indoor during winter and outdoor during summer. but germination, i heard, is little tough.

I have a small one growing now. It is for sale. It is probably 12" high at the moment. If you want it, email me.

Thanks Chironex for the offer. I actually ordered seeds (Travellers Palm and Windmill palm) from seedman yesterday. If the seeds dont germinate, I will then look into the idea of buying the seedlings.
