Re: Tomatoes
Not me. Never gets hot enough here to bother with the ones selected for high heat tolerance.

Re: Tomatoes
I have had good luck with "thai pink egg" tomatos. This year I am trying homestead as they were available for purchase already started (I have a feeling this will not do as well with our heat and humidity). I have also started from seed "Tommy Toe," from what I have seen from reviews this has done very well in the heat and humidity:

Re: Tomatoes
I've been growing the Florida varieties here in Charlotte for a few years, taking cuttings from my Everglades, which are tiny currents that are so prolific they are considered invasive in SoFla now, and whatever I had tried that season. I winter them over and put them out as full sized plants in the spring. This year, I got six seeds of the Giant Crimson, which until six years ago, had been extinct for close to eighty years. MIGardener on YouTube bought a shadow box from the 1930s that had a packet of them in it. He got a single plant out of it and brought the variety back. All six germinated, so I will begin sharing them later on this year.

Re: Tomatoes
The giant crimson are very similar. If you look them up and see what they are like and would like a few seeds, I can get some to you in a few months. Too late for this year, but perfect for next. My biggest one is already over two feet and growing like crazy.
