Looks like Tony took care of the seed problem!

Dang, those critters aren't bashful about the prices:
$15 for 100 seeds! papaya seed Aloha Seed Herb store


It almost seems like a better idea to go with the Solo Sunrise, Sunset, & X-77 varieties that fruit in just a couple years, just needs to get wintered over once, when small enough to manage easily.
