Default Paw Paw Farm sugestions

Hi everyone. I want to start one paw paw production farm here in my country. I'm totaly obcessed by this fabulously nutritious, healing and versatile fruit! It's possible to do so much things with paw paws that i see it can be very profitable if the project is made correctly. First i'm selecting 10 to 15 diferent paw paw varieties to make a second selection when they get fruit.
For fruit selling i thing the best var will be the ones of medium size less seeds, and good not too strong flavour and no bad aftertaste.
For pulp extraction, varieties presenting big size, fewer seeds and excelent taste. It's possible a blending of several varieties maby.
I have to start to grow many seedlings from seed. Now i don't know the best rotstock varieties. I think i will have my first fruits from my two big sunflower paw paws... i have many ideas... any thoughts?

Just letting you know.. I think the KSU Atwood pawpaw has an average production of 150 fruit per tree at 120/g a fruit and that's average. The fruit flavor is supposed to be medium. There is a pdf on google if you search KSU Atwood they have a lot of information comparing it to other Pawpaw selections with similar characteristics. They also released another cultivar KSU Benson which is similar and supposedly has excellent texture and flavor. I would say you could grow a KSU-Atwood pawpaw and cross it with one of Peterson's varieties or another pawpaw with excellent taste and maybe the seedling will have the production of KSU-Atwood with taste and size from the other tree.. It seems like it could work but it's a lot of time that has to be invested.

A lot of invested time... Sounds like my dream of creating a worthwhile Thornless Salak palm. Maybe one day I will.

Some things are worth trying out.
