At the moment I have:

• A Ceylon Cinnamon start
• 2 All spice plants
• 2 Nutmeg plants - I think they suffered grevious harm during shipping and may not survive.
• 2 Mint plants
• 4 Pineapple
• 1 Jasmine Plant

did you get your pineapple plants from the tops of store bought pineapples or did you buy plants?

I bought them from growers. I have one test subject recently that I bought from a store just for the sake of trying it, and it was tasty so I thought i'd try growing it.

I can't tell if it's rooted or not but the top is not dead yet, so there is hope. It's been there for at least a month now.
The suggested method by some guy on youtube did not yield in the results he claims. The guy claims he snaps his tops off and puts them water, somehow magically root growth shows up within a week, all I saw was the top dying, so I decided to put mine in soil instead just to see if it worked.

I have an elite gold that produces pups regularly, sometimes i give them away.

I have not had one bloom yet sadly, no idea if i'll ever bring it to fruiting stage. The elite gold has proven very hardy and less fickle than it's cousins.
