Default latin name for this tropical

I picked this up down in Summerland.
They called it a dinner plate plant.
Internet searched did not yield its real name or latin name nor could I even find it.

Any ideas?

I believe this is a kalanchoe and this one with the very large leaves is commonly called "flapjack" around here. The more sun they get the more red will be in leaves. Here is a google search link:
