Default Is it a kind of desease?

Hi all avocado friends,

This is the symptom of the main stem of my avocado.

At the beginning, a little amount of white powder like material came up on
the stem and it gradually expanded the area of its invasion, killing the
surrounding cuticles and finally the xylem is exposed.

Is it ulcer? or any other desease? and its treatment?

Thanks in advance.
