Indoor Plants - favorites for care and appearance

What are some of your favorite indoor plants under normal lighting appearance -- in terms of "ease of care" and appearance?

Thanks!

I love Crotons (Codaieum variegatum) for indoors - as long as you water them once a week and give them a window, they are cheerful and lovely to look at.

Lynn, do you have any pictures?

I am growing Adonidia and Foxtail palms as houseplants...although they are just seedlings at this day and time. It will be like a little slice of Florida in my own home! Plus, when I grow up, they will be the perfect size for my own pad.

Oh, by the way, every houseplant I own goes outside in summer. They seem to like the change in temps, humidity, and sunlight. By the end of winter...the appear to need it!!!
