This Hibiscus was saved from last winter by keeping the little guy dormant in the garage with no leaves and water for months!

Ah, if only I had a garage. Not for my car, for my plants. I could add about a dozen bananas, etc.

Here's a shot of the "Versicolor White" Hibiscus after the rain, this hibiscus is actually fragrant; the first fragrant one I've ever known of. I think it's a Hawaiian cultivar.

The one with the palmate leaves almost looks like Kenaf Hibiscus Cannabinus. Does it look like marijuana until it sets flowers in the Fall? We grew it agronomy lab in order to improve the soil. They had varieties that would grow 15' tall.

Does anyone know when to trim and how much I should trim it back? I have never trimmed it back.
I still need to get a better picture, light was low for the lens we have.
