Doesn't look like that one is going to make it, will probably fall off in the next few days.

They are said to be self pollinating and that they will set fruit on their own.
Will let you know if that is true in a few days. Had some flowers open the last few nights and didn't notice them until the morning, so I didn't have a chance to go out with the paint brush. Have more opening in the next few nights, might tag half of them and not do anything and see how they do.
The ones that opened in June, I went out in the evening with the paint brush and they all set fruit.

Ok I have a Q? I think the ants are eating portions of my DF growth and are all over the flowers.. Would be best to rid myself of them? And has anyone has problems w/ Ants on their Dragonfruit? Thanks:v)

Well I haven't had any blooms yet, but I have had ants on my plants amd had something eating the growth tips at the same time. Not sure if it was the ants or if they attracted something else that did the damage.

This is the damage I'm talking about from Ants.. Banana leaf is shading the growth from the sun. I've trimmed a lot of this off this year..

I have no ant problem this morning.. The ants damaged several flowers so I'm glad I did not wait to spray.. :v)

Ant damage.. I still have 17 good flowers.. They knocked off numerous small buds besides these.. Have more damage pics when I'm not mobile..
