Does Anyone Know How Long To Root Cuttings? The Temps Have Been Between 60-70 Degrees ,partial Shade. How Can I Tell When Cuttings Are Rooted? I Would Like To Plant In Permanent Spot Asap.should I Wait For New Growth ?

Just plant them in your desired spot. They aren't going to grow a whole lot until you get temps at least in the 80's, but are very resilient. It won't disturb it hardly at all to go ahead and plant it.
