It doesn't get anymore tropical looking than that! Right on, Randy! You've got a sweet yard. I really love it. All the bananas, palms, and elephant ears are hard to beat. Your screened-in porch is to die for with that little water fountain and everything -- so awesome. I would just sit in that chair all day...thanks for sharing:-)

Thanks Clare... As you probably saw in one of the pics, (Queen Palm pic), I am getting ready to do some more planting next spring with more Trachycarpus fortunei, and sable minors and then succulents on around to the front of the house... Should be a fun planting next spring!!! Already have all the palms with biggest being a 6' 'Taylor' form Trachycarpus!!! Stayed tuned!!!
