Default cocoa trees

hey guys, haven't posted for a while. It's good to be back! Anyway I thought it would be interesting to try to grow a cocoa tree. Any tips? Does anyone actually own one?

I germinated some seeds that I got, only one came up out of 10, and it died...

Needs heat and moisture...have to take mucus off seeds...
