Default Check out this highly variegated Oxalis corniculata!

By all accounts, a highly invasive weed in most of the U.S., yes. I found this one in one of the greenhouses where I work on campus (U.T. Knoxville), in a pot, and decided to keep it! I spend lots of time trying to eradicate this weed from pots, gardens, etc., but just had to spare this beauty!

LOL!! I definitely have some mixed feelings about this plant! Normally I'm cursing them while pulling them out of our gardens. They are a real pain when they get established in a pot too. Almost impossible to get rid of plant and seeds unless you wash all the soil off of the roots of the desired plant and repot in a sterile mix. Maybe I should patent this one and sell it, lol. That would rock.

LOL

You know you got it bad when......... you keep weeds because they're variegated!

I fight the stuff, too, but I've yet to find any of the "exotic" kind like you have. Hmmm.. think I'll go take a lookiround.
