Default Bougainvillea plant

I have a crown of thorns plant that flowers year round and now im looking for more plants that do that with bright colors, Bougainvillea I know is very popular in So Cal. where can I find this plant? i'll look around online. if anyone had seeds or something please let me know.

They grow like weeds here in Hawaii. A neighbor trained her Bougainvillea to the shape of her fence and it includes an arched gate. It looks really nice.

It is a very nice plant. I have some in my backyard in a semi-shady spot, and it seems to like it there. It flowers every year in brilliant pink blooms. They say you can grow bananas wherever you can grow bougainvillea...

Matt - bougainvillea root really easily from cuttings - so if someone you know has a nice plant, ask for a few snippings! Semi-hardwood is best!
