Anybody Growing Coffee Plants

Just wondering if anyone had tips on growing coffee plants

I have one and it looks cool but need advice on care and expectations in zone 9

Coffee will not probably grow in my zone 8 gulf coastal area, but maybe tea plants will and this is something I will look into.
