Algai!
Is it Good or Bad...like algai filled fish-tank water-is that beneficial too water plants with...what is algai and what is it primarily used for?

Do you mean algae? If so, it's OK as a fertilizer when you get rid of it from aquariums and ponds as it's a source of nitrogen and phosphate. My gardens respond beautifully after I vacuum my pond for spring cleaning and empty the collection bag in the garden.
