Default Air Layer Soursop

YES I took some time to make a quick video! NO i aint no expert video guy .. But the first picture is of the tree and the location of the layer is clearly visible. Sorry about the plastic Flamingos .. Its a Florida thing
I have done quite a few air layers... I just had to see for myself the quality of the roots i would get from a Soursop.. Not all trees will respond well. plus it matters about the time of the year as well the location on plant . YES the branch should be pointing UP. Yes the tree should be one that has had fruit on it ..

Here is the Air Layer minutes after it was planted

Yes Mango is a tuff one to air layer .. And it’s funny you should mention that because I did 3 layers to a Fairchild mango that was left in a back yard here in South Fla with out ever taking care of it. She, the owner said it was 7 yr old and never fruited . It bloomed and she lost the blooms. No one ever fertilized or trimmed it .. But just today she called and asked me back to look things over again.
Last year I trimmed it and fertilized . She got about 25 fruits .
Thought Id make a video of that tree also.. And if she will let me I want to air layer it on the top branches .. ha ha I got to keep friendly with her cuz the fruits are as good as a Mango gets.. But I never had a mango I did not like!
Oh Fairchild can be grown in a 25 gal pot and it will bear fruit ..
