Tostones with cavendish ?
I never had tostones/patacon and would like to try to cook some. The thing is that I don't have any plantain right now but a lot green cavendish...is it doable ?

Re: Tostones with cavendish ?
I haven't tried cavendish (I will when the chance comes), but I think it is doable. Try it when the nana just starts to show a little yellowing but is still firm.

Saba or bluggoe part ripe in my opinion are the best tostones. I was never a fan of them until I tried bluggoe.
