does anyone know how to make sherbet (I don't really care what flavor?) If so could you post it here please.

Here's some sorbet recipes that came with my Krups ice-cream maker. Note the variations on the bottom of page 14 (2nd page).

For those of you who are metrically challenged like me, you can get fast conversions from google.

Type in the Google search textbox: convert 400 ml to cups
and receive: 400 ml = 1.69070114 US cups

Similarly, enter: convert 300 g to oz
and receive: 300 grams = 10.5821886 ounces

and finally: convert 1/3 litre to cups
to find: (1/3) litre = 1.40891761 US cups
