The first segment shows a bit about how their houses are made from bamboo, and ensete leaves, and they last 100 years, that segment is entertaining to watch also. Hope this link works. |

![]() Very informative video, taken in the highlands - high altitude where regular edible bananas don't grow. It's about a seven year process to make this bread - about 5 years to grow the plant and 2 years to ferment the pulp. And they eat it every day!
