Some of these ingredients may scare you but my family drinks this every morning! ![]() 1-Banana 1/4 cup- raw coconut cream 1 1/2 cups -raw milk 2-3 -raw eggs yolks 1/4 -cup raw kefir or yogurt 1 1/2- cups ice Process through blender and voila! You've got a smoothie drink that Rocky himself would be proud to drink! ![]() Aaaadrriaaann!! ( for more servings just double all ingredients ) |
