Which banana variety for cooking with leaves

Not sure if this is the right subforum, but I'm trying to find out which of the banana varieties have the best leaves to use for cooking - specifically, wrapping rice and chicken filling with the leaves.

When it comes to cooking with bananas, exploring diverse recipes adds a unique touch to your culinary adventures. The best banana varieties for cooking, like the cooking banana (Musa balbisiana) and plantain (Musa paradisiaca), boast broader, sturdier leaves that enhance the flavor of your dishes. These leaves, with their slightly waxy surface, retain moisture and infuse a delightful taste to your creations.

And, if you're ready to expand your cooking horizons, consider experimenting with Instapot chicken wings. The combination of the savory flavors from these wings and the unique taste of cooking bananas promises a delightful and satisfying meal that's sure to leave your taste buds craving for more!
