Hi there,

One can try to change the milk by yougurt, sugar and important; some sugar with vanille arome. Try it, it's what I grew up with. Deliciosa!!!

I am a vegetarian, and I make mine slightly different, you should give it a try:

1 cup Soy Slender Vanilla soy milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 packet sweet and low
1 packet Equal
1 very ripe banana

blend it in the blender, its yummy and with the whey protein makes an excellent meatless protein substitute for a meal. Goes good with Peter Pan on whole wheat too!!!!

My girlfriend was in the hospital over allergic reactions to the aspertaime in the artificial sweetners. MANY people have health symptoms that go away when they get off the diet stuff. Now she has to read the ingredient list on stuff because so many things use aspertaime.

She ate a LOT of diet jello. Funny thing is when you heat aspertaime, it turns into formaldehyde. Many soldiers suffered severe affects from drinking lots of diet coke that had been sitting in the heat in Iraq.

Read up on it and you will never eat it again. Just a word or caution if you are an artificial sweetener user.

if you are allergic to the artificial stuff, or you dont want that junk in your body, try "sugar in the raw" its really good. or you can get organic sugar at walmart and it is not processed. "sugar in the raw" i believe is made from the juice of the sugar cane and its all natural, and it has a mollassas taste. yum yum! i love it.

Around here they grow and make sorgum molasses. I'm not a fan of spreading it on toast or a biscuit but keep a mason jar of it in the cupboard to make bread and cinnamon rolls. I think it's gotta be better than processed sugar!
