How about this site folks? 2,842 banana recipes - the banana marmalade comes highly recommended but I haven't tried it yet!

His latest is a datasheet of info for our wiki.

Darn! It looks like Hormel reorganized their web site. The link takes you to the main Hormel page, and searching the new site (Hormel Foods and Hormel Recipes Site) leads to only one recipe containing banana or plantain.
